Please send the completed form to polarcare@polarinstruments.com with your Polarcare contract number in the subject line and we will endeavour to respond within 24 business hours of receiving your support ticket request.

Obtaining the latest versions of Polar software

To obtain links and licensing for the latest versions of Polar software please contact Polarcare with your request – please remember to state your active Polarcare contract number in the email message subject line – and you will receive links within 1 working day.

The latest versions of Polar software are listed in Application Note AP608.

Important note: Some software may require hardware upgrade or system recalibration. If in any doubt please contact Polar before downloading.
