Si8000m PCB controlled impedance field solver The Si8000m controlled impedance field solver is the Polar field solver of choice for lossless PCB transmission lines operating at these frequencies. The Si8000m includes modelling to predict the finished impedance of multiple dielectric PCB builds and also takes into account the local variations in dielectric constant on close spaced differential structures. The XFE option provides crosshatch return path modelling for flex and flex-rigid PCBs. Speedstack PCB – Si8000m and Speedstack layer stackup design and documentation The Si8000m is also sold as a bundle with Speedstack layer stackup design and documentation tool under the bundled name of Speedstack PCB. Speedstack is capable of interfacing with a range of CAD and PCB engineering systems either through proprietary links or the emerging IPC-2581 standard.
