Cross-territory purchases

Polar Instruments sells and supports its products worldwide through a combination of directly-owned subsidiaries and independent authorised distributors.

To ensure that Polar meets contractual obligations with its sales-channel partners and complies with national export-control regulations please note that all Polar products are supplied on the basis that they will be installed, operated and supported within the territory where they have been sold and will not be re-exported without written agreement from the manufacturer.

Customers wishing to purchase a product in a different territory from where it is to be used, or to transfer a product to a different territory after purchase, should contact Polar Instruments Ltd’s Head Office prior to purchase (or transfer) so that appropriate local post-sales support can be provided in the new territory.
