Hardware products Note: this hardware policy applies to Polar hardware products only. Polar Instruments’ policy for the support of purchased products after expiry of their warranty period is as follows: We will endeavor to provide technical support and replacement parts for products for a period of 7 years after date of purchase or 4 years after cease of manufacture (whichever occurs sooner). Any product that has been out of production for 4 years or more is considered "not repairable". Spare parts for any product that has been out of production for 4 years or more will generally not be available. Circumstances outside Polar’s control may sometimes prevent us from meeting these targets. Therefore this statement should not be treated as a guarantee of supply. The following products have been out of production for more than 4 years and are now classified as non-repairable:
